[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0748H Boot(Henry) PLC 12 February 2010 \n \n\nHENRY BOOT PLC\n \nPayment of second Interim Dividend\n \n \nAs referred to in the Pre-close Trading Update issued on 22 January 2010, the Board of Henry Boot PLC has now agreed to pay a second Interim Dividend of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 31 March 2010 to shareholders whose names are on the register at the close of business on Friday 5 March 2010.
