The Company is extremely excited to announce that it is closing in on full NFPA code compliance at its primary production facility in Augusta. There are three key issues involved in this process: Solvent Storage, Biomass Storage, and Fire Sprinklers: Solvent Storage system is already in place and fully compliant;Biomass Storage pallet rack system is currently being designed before imminent installation;Fire Sprinkler installation will occur in 6-8 weeks (temporary occupation of the structure will be granted upon presentation of the sprinkler system installation contract, which has already been acquired). High-potency Seed Cultivation Facility (“The Farm”). In addition, the Company is also very excited to report its progress at the Farm. At this point, the entire fenced-in grow field is filled to capacity with growing specimens of high-quality Hemp plants. All plants have already been inspected by the Maine Department of Agriculture.
