(OTC PINK: HEMP) executives are pleased to announce that the Ohio Ballot Board certified the proposed constitutional amendment known as the \"Medicinal Cannabis and Industrial Hemp Amendment\" to potentially go on Ohio's ballot as a single issue. According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jon Husted, petitioners will need to collect over 305,591 signatures from registered Ohio voters by July 6, 2016 in order for the measure to go on the November ballot. The signatures must also be from at least 44 of Ohio's 88 counties and the signatures within each of those counties must \"equal to 5% of the total vote cast for governor in the most recent gubernatorial election (2014).\" Signatures will be collected by Grassroots Ohio.\n The amendment would allow farmers to grow industrial hemp, as well as allow adults (age 21 and older) to grow, transport, share and use marijuana for medicinal purposes. Craig Perlowin, Secretary of Hemp, Inc. commented, \"Favorable legislation on industrial hemp is being reported almost weekly. More states are beginning to pass industrial hemp bills and measures. With Ohio putting a measure on the ballot that will allow Ohio farmers to grow hemp and Pennsylvania legislature working through final approvals legalizing industrial hemp research, it is evident that nothing can stop the hemp revolution. Our company is in such a good position. We are close to finishing America's largest (and only) commercial-sized, hemp processing facility which will have the capability and capacity to process hemp in very large quantities. We just installed our massive 60-ft tall steel silo at our facility after being delayed weeks due to excessive rain.\"\n To see the video of America's largest hemp processing facility (70,000 square feet under roof, on 9 acres) and 60-foot silo installation, click here.\n In Pennsylvania, the industrial hemp bill has been working its way through the House and Senate last week and is believed to soon be legal in Pennsylvania for the first time in decades. A representative from Gov....
