(OTC PINK: HEMP) executives announce today that Missouri's House of Representatives passed industrial hemp bill HB 2038 which is set to legalize and regulate the cultivation of industrial hemp in the state of Missouri. According to the industrial hemp bill, industrial hemp production, possession, and commerce in industrial hemp commodities and products shall be permitted in the state and subject to regulation by the Department of Agriculture, including compliance with an industrial hemp plant monitoring system.
