(TSXV: HEM) (OTCQB: HMTXF) (FSE: 2VF0) (\"Hemostemix\" or the \"Company\"), per the Company's February 4, 2025 news release, closed the previously announced USD $336,500 non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,634,466 Common Shares at CAD $0.295 each to CytoImmune Therapeutics LLC, following the approval of the TSXV Exchange, in keeping with their guidance as announced on January 9, 2025. Per Policy 4.1., Cytoimmune Therapeutics LLC is arm's length to the Company and is not a Related Party to the Company at the time of disclosure.The use of proceeds will be allocated to general working capital purposes, including business development activities. The Company confirms that there is no material fact or material change about the Company that has not been generally disclosed.ABOUT HEMOSTEMIX Hemostemix is an autologous stem cell therapy platform company, founded in 2003. A winner of the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer Award, the Company has developed, patented, is scaling and selling autologous (patient's own) blood-based stem cell therapies that include angiogenic cell precursors (ACP-01).
