(TSXV: HEM) (OTC: HMTXF) (\"Hemostemix\" or the \"Company\") The Company is pleased to announce that the previously disclosed proposed consolidation of the common shares of the Company on the basis of twenty pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share (the \"Consolidation\") will take effect, subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, on or about December 30, 2020 under new CUSIP number 423694306. There will be no name change or trading symbol change in conjunction with the Consolidation. The Consolidation was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on May 6, 2020. Following the Consolidation, the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company will be approximately 46,368,985. ABOUT HEMOSTEMIXHemostemix is a publicly traded autologous stem cell therapy company, founded in 2003. A winner of the World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer Award, the Company developed and is commercializing its lead product ACP-01 for the treatment of CLI, PAD, Angina, Ischemic Cardiomyopathy, Dilated Cardiomyopathy and other conditions of ischemia.
