Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: HEMO), the biopharmaceutical group, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website at https://hemogenyx.com/investors/annual-half-year-reports/.
The AGM is to be held on 27 June 2024 at 2.00 pm BST at the offices of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, Prince Frederick House, 35-39 Maddox Street, London W1S 2PP.
