[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5620W Silver Falcon PLC 28 April 2016 \n\n28 April 2016\nSILVER FALCON PLC\n(\"Silver Falcon\" or the \"Company\")\n \nFinal Results for the period ended 31 December 2015\n \nSilver Falcon plc (LSE: SILF), a business formed for the purpose of acquiring a business or asset that has operations in the Financial Services/Fintech sector, reports its Final Results for the period ended 31 December 2015.\nAll financial amounts are stated in GBP British pounds unless otherwise indicated.\nCHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT\n \nI am pleased to present the annual accounts for the period ended 31st December 2015. During the period the Company reported a loss of £80,367 (28 February 2015 - loss of £6,270) which arose from professional fees in connection with the listing and general administration expenses. As at the date of this report the Company has approximately £1.3m of cash balances.\n \nFollowing its listing on the London Stock Exchange on 9th November 2015, the Company has focused on the evaluation of various Financial Services/Fintech opportunities. To that end, it announced on 30th December 2015 that It had entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with the board and principal shareholder in Lime Holdings Limited (\"Lime\") regarding a possible acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Lime by way of a share for share exchange. \n \nAs at the date of this report, the company is continuing its due diligence on Lime but shareholders should note that whilst the Board is determined to complete this transaction no binding agreement has yet been reached and accordingly there can be no guarantee of a completion at this stage.
