[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 7155V\n Mountfield Group plc\n 11 August 2020\n \n \n \n \n 11 August 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Mountfield Group Plc (\"Group\" or \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Timing of Publication of Annual Results\n \n \n \n \n \n Mountfield Group Plc, the AIM quoted commercial flooring and specialist construction company, provides the following update in respect of the publication of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2019.\n \n \n \n \n \n On 29 June 2020, the Company announced that COVID-19 had impacted the production the Group's 2019 accounts and, following the granting of an extension to its reporting and filing deadline to 30 September 2020, it would expect to release its annual report and audited accounts and announce the date of its AGM in early August 2020. \n \n \n \n \n \n As a result of additional unexpected audit delays, the Directors now expect to release the Company's annual report and announce the date of the Company's AGM during the first two weeks of September 2020.
