[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7471I Mountfield Group plc 05 July 2013 \n \n\nMountfield Group Plc (\"Mountfield\" or the \"Company\")\n\nCancellation of Shares\n \nThe Directors announce that the 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the \"Shares\") which had been issued to Chris Baron in October 2008 and which were returned by him as part of a compromise settlement, that was entered into between him and the Company on 9 December 2009, following the termination of his employment with the Company have been cancelled.\n \nAs the Shares had not been disposed of by the Company within the relevant time period they have now been cancelled.
