The work is due to begin in October and be completed by September 2018.\n \nCAF has recently completed the flooring contract for the initial phase of the contract that had a value of c£1.2m and on which work began in late February 2017.This was announced in the Group's trading statement that was issued on 7 March 2017.\n \nThe overall three-phase, three year has a value of c£3.7 and the final phase is due to be announced in 2018.\n \nAndy Collins, Group CEO said:\n \n\"This is excellent news. The initial phase of the works has been completed in line with our client's very high expectations as we work towards a successful handover in the next few weeks.
