LEUMUNA is a pre-IND,\noral inhibitor of purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) developed for\nthe treatment of leukemia relapse after allogeneic stem cell\ntransplantation—a rare condition with a median survival of just four\nmonths.\n \n\n\n\n i\n \n\n\n\n The compound has\ndemonstrated significant survival benefits in mouse models of B Cell\nacute leukemia relapse and is supported by encouraging clinical safety\nand efficacy data from predecessor and analog compounds.
