The application was approved on Wednesday, February 26,\n \n\n 2025.\n \n\n\n\n The Notice of Meeting, Management Information Circular,\nFinancial Statements Request Form, Form of Proxy and Voting\nInstruction Form (the “\n \n\n Meeting Materials\n \n\n ”) have been mailed to\nshareholders and were posted on the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ at\nwww.sedarplus.ca on February 24, 2025.\n \n\n\n\n Shareholders of record as of January 31, 2025, are\nentitled to vote their shares of the Company at the Meeting.
