(TSX:\n“HBP”, OTC PINK: “HBPCD”, FRANKFURT: “HBP0”)\n(“Helix” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage oncology\ncompany shaping a near future where today’s hard-to-treat cancers\nare vincible, today announced that the board of directors has granted\n1,297,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees\nand consultants of the Company pursuant to its equity compensation\nplan.\n\n\nEach stock option is exercisable to acquire one common\nshare of the Company at an exercise price of $1.63 per share for a\nperiod of five years from the date of grant. The options are subject\nto various vesting provisions in accordance with the terms of the\nCompany’s equity compensation plan and the applicable option\nagreements.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe Company also announces the cancellation of an\naggregate of 2,200,000 incentive stock options (the “Cancelled Options”)\npreviously granted pursuant to the Company’s equity compensation\nplan on July 19, 2024. The Cancelled Options were held by a director\nof the Company, had an exercise price of $1.10 per common share and\nwere set to expire on July 19, 2029.
