ITG will trade shares of\nthe Company on the TSX and all other trading venues with the objective\nof maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the\nCompany's common shares.\n \n\n\n\n Under the agreement, ITG will receive a monthly\ncompensation, payable in advance. The agreement is for an initial term\nof one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless\nterminated. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30\ndays' notice.
