[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nTSX.V: ANE\n\n\nVANCOUVER, June 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Altan Nevada Minerals Limited, TSX.V: ANE (\"Altan Nevada\" or the\n \"Company\") announces the appointment of Anthony Jackson as Chief Financial Officer\n of the Company.\n\n\nMr. Jackson is a Principal of BridgeMark Financial Corp. (\"BridgeMark\")\n and a founder of Jackson & Company Chartered Accountants, a company\n that assists private and public companies with their accounting and tax\n requirements.\n\n\nAs part of an ongoing overhead reduction initiative, BridgeMark has been\n engaged to provide back office and management services. BridgeMark\n already provides accounting and financial services including\n administrative, compliance, reporting and finance functions to a number\n of TSX Venture listed mineral exploration businesses.\n\n\nPrior to his time at BridgeMark, Mr. Jackson spent a number of years at\n Ernst & Young LLP before working as a senior analyst at a boutique\n investment banking firm. During this time he provided services to a\n broad range of public and private companies in a variety of industries\n including the mining and minerals sector.\n\n\nMr. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from\n Simon Fraser University, and holds the professional designation of\n Chartered Accountant (CA), where he is a member of the BC and Canadian\n Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Jackson has had extensive\n experience as a Director and CFO of numerous publicly traded\n corporations in the metals and mining industry.\n\n\nMr. Jackson replaces Robert Scott as the Company's Chief Financial\n Officer.
