[{"type":"text","content":"Helium Evolution Closes First Tranche of Private Placement\n\n\n\n CALGARY, Alberta, March 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --\n \n Helium Evolution Incorporated (TSXV:HEVI)\n \n (\"\n \n HEVI\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \"), a Canadian-based helium exploration company focused on developing assets in southern Saskatchewan, is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of the strategic private placement (the “\n \n Strategic Private Placement\n \n ”), as announced on\n \n\n March 10, 2025\n \n\n .\n \n\n Pursuant to the Strategic Private Placement, HEVI issued 7,040,000 units (“\n \n Units\n \n ”) for gross proceeds of $1.2 million.
