Result of AGM and Directorate Change

Helios is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its AGM held earlier today were duly passed. 

Following the AGM, Sir Michael Oliver stepped down as Chairman and as a Director of the Company and has been replaced by Michael Cunningham, an existing Director of the Company. 

Sir Michael had been Chairman since the Company's admission to trading on AIM in September 2007 and the Board thanks him for his contribution over the years and wishes him the very best for the future.
