[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n 23 July 2024\nHelios Underwriting plc\n(\"Helios\" or the \"Company\")\nCompletion of Share Buy-Back\n Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 19 June 2024 (the \"Programme\"), the Company today purchased 2,466,666 ordinary shares of 10p (\"Ordinary Shares\") each at 150p per share through Deutsche Numis (\"Numis\"). This completes the Programme.\nThe repurchased shares will be held by the Company in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital is 78,110,302 of which 5,667,335 of its Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, which attract no voting rights. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 72,442,947.
