Only two employees of the Company (who are also shareholders or proxies for shareholders) will attend the AGM in person. This represents the minimum number of persons legally required to form a quorate meeting.\n \n In order to provide an opportunity for shareholders to raise questions of the Board, the Company is arranging for an investor call with the Board to be held following the AGM at 10.30 BST on 15 April 2021.
