Exercise of Share Options\n \n On 30 March 2010 subscription options over 320,510 ordinary 1p shares were exercised.\n \nThese options were originally granted in 2002 and have been exercised by the following director:\n \nJack Pitman\n \nA subscription option over 299,310 ordinary 1p shares exercised at 141.50p per share, originally granted over 59,862 ordinary 5p shares at 707.50p per share, in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Share Option Scheme.\n \nA subscription option over 21,200 ordinary 1p shares exercised at 141.50p per share, originally granted over 4,240 ordinary 5p shares at 707.50p per share, in accordance with the rules of the Helical Bar 1999 Approved Share Option Scheme.\n \n2. Sale of shares\n \nOn 30 March 2010 Jack Pitman sold 207,500 shares in the Company at 336.06p per share to provide funds for the exercise of the share options and the payment of tax liabilities. He has retained the remaining 113,010 shares.\n \n3.
