Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.3R(1), copies of these documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.\n \nThe 2023 Results Announcement, together with the information in the Appendix (which has been extracted from the 2023 Annual Report), contains the information required to comply with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, including principal risk factors, details of related party transactions and the Directors' Responsibilities Statement.
