[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9379S Helical Bar PLC 13 November 2013  \n \n\n13 November 2013\n \nHelical Bar plc \n \nKing Street Regeneration plans approved\n \n \nKing Street Developments (Hammersmith) Ltd (KSD), a joint venture between Helical Bar plc and Grainger plc, is pleased to announce that Hammersmith & Fulham Council's planning applications committee has approved its proposed £150 million regeneration scheme for King Street, Hammersmith, London, subject to verification by the Mayor of London.\n \nThe redevelopment will provide 196 high quality new homes; a three-screen community cinema, to be operated by Curzon; new retail, restaurant and cafe space; replacement offices for the Council and a new town square.
