The launch of this bond will enable us to further diversify our funding sources and extends the debt maturity profile of the Group.\"\nThe Bonds bear interest at a fixed rate of 6.00% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear in equal instalments. At any time during the life of the Bonds, investors are permitted to sell the Bonds (within market hours and in normal market conditions) on the open market through their stockbroker.\n \n \nNumis Securities Limited is acting as Manager on this issue.\n \nThe authorised offerors are:\n \n· Barclays Stockbrokers Limited\n· Killik & Co.
