The programme includes the complete re-design of the front central glazed elevation giving the building a dynamic new image. 200 Aldersgate, which offers over 380,000 square feet of office space in a London City location, will be repositioned in the market as a \"vertical village\" with unrivalled and bespoke facilities including onsite leisure facilities and a \"village square\" meeting point on the first floor. The floor plates vary from 43,810 square feet to 1,733 square feet providing a full range of space for occupiers of all sizes.\n \nThe building will be removed from the market during the re-design programme and will be launched later in the year. \n \nGerald Kaye, Director of Helical Bar added: \n \n\"We have assembled a top class team for this project and believe that, upon completion, we will be offering a modern, high quality product which will create a brand new office community in the heart of the City.
