Performance Share Plan Awards\n\n \n\nOn 6 July 2007, under the terms of the Helical Bar plc Performance Share Plan\n2004 approved at the Annual General Meeting of 28 July 2004, the following share\nawards were made to the directors of the Company at the closing mid-market price\non 5 July 2007 of 481p per share.\n\n \n\nMichael Slade 187,110 shares\n\nNigel McNair Scott 124,740 shares\n\nGerald Kaye 171,518 shares\n\nMichael Brown 202,703 shares\n\n \n\n2. Share Incentive Plan\n\n \n\nThe Company was informed on 6 July 2007 that on that date, under the rules of\nthe Helical Bar plc Share Incentive Plan ('the Plan'), Helical Bar Trustees\nLimited had awarded shares to directors and employees of the Company and, using\ncontributions to the Plan by directors and employees, had purchased additional\nshares matched in a ratio of 2:1 by the Company.
