Ms. Gomez is President of Hand Tools, Accessories & Storage Group for Stanley Black & Decker Inc. Ms. Otero recently retired from her position as Chief Marketing Officer, eCommerce Officer and Strategy Officer for the International business at The Clorox Company. Both women are experienced business leaders with demonstrated track records of long-term success in the global consumer products industry.\n\nWith the additions of Ms. Gomez and Ms. Otero, the Company’s Board of Directors will be comprised of ten directors, nine of whom are independent.
