(hereinafter referred to as the \"Asset Management Company\"), the company to which the Investment Corporation entrusts its asset management operations, decided to execute the acquisition (hereinafter referred to as the \"Acquisition\") of assets (hereinafter referred to as the \"Assets to be Acquired\").
