Heavitree Brewery PLC 16 February 2000 Mrs. S.M.Duncan (non-executive director) and her husband Mr. R.A. Duncan, have today each transferred to Mr. R.H. Duncan, as a gift for no consideration, 1052 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares. Following these transactions Mrs S.M. Duncan and Mr. R.A. Duncan's interest in 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares is reduced to 188030 shares (4.8%).
