Coming off a remarkable USO tour in the Persian Gulf, Drowning Pool will once again perform for the troops in South Korea January 2006. Producer client Ben Schigel recently saw the release of Chimaira, a band he produced, on Roadrunner Records (home of Nickelback, Slipknot). The CD debuted at #74 on the Billboard top 200 chart. Producer client D. Braxton Henry also saw the release of his latest project A Dozen Furies. The band released their debut CD on Sanctuary Records (SBP.L) and debuted at #33 Billboard's Heatseekers Chart.\r\n\r\n226 sub-label Zero-Sum Recordings released their first record for artist Jacknife. Jacknife's \"Moment of Reckoning\" hit stores nationwide on September 13. Jacknife's national tour of the United States started November 9th and runs through the end of the year. 226 artist Dryline completed the recording of their CD with producer D. Braxton Henry. Their release titled Reach For The Surface is expected to hit stores in early 2006.\r\n\r\n226 management has decided to delay podcast sales and promotion of artist releases until such time that videos of these artists are complete. 226 believes the market for selling podcasts will increase with video content incorporated. With recent advances in portable video technology specifically the new video enabled iPod, the company intends to generate additional revenue in this area.
