(NASDAQ:HCSG) (the “Company”) reported for the three months ended December 31, 2020 revenue of $423.2 million, net income of $27.7 million, or $0.37 per basic and diluted common share, and cash flow from operations of $75.7 million. The Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20625 per common share, the 70th consecutive increase since the initiation of dividend payments in 2003.
