(NASDAQ:HCSG) (the “Company”) reported for the three months ended March 31, 2020 revenue of $449.2 million, net income of $20.2 million, or $0.27 per basic and diluted common share, and cash flow from operations of $12.7 million. Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2025 per common share, the 67th consecutive increase since the initiation of dividend payments in 2003.\n\n\nTed Wahl, Chief Executive Officer, stated, “COVID-19 quickly became the dominant theme during the quarter.
