[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9177F Headlam Group PLC 31 October 2018 \n\n31 October 2018\nHeadlam Group plc \n(the \"Company\")\n \nSAYE Exercise and Total Voting Rights\nHeadlam Group plc (LSE: HEAD), Europe's largest distributor of floorcoverings, announces that, on 31 October 2018, share options granted under the Headlam Group 2015 Savings Related Share Option Scheme, were exercised at an option price of £3.40 per share, respectively, by certain employees of the Company. \n \nA total of 296 ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of the share options. \nFollowing the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 771,606 ordinary shares as treasury shares. \nAs at 31 October 2018, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 85,363,743 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\"), with one voting right per share. The Company holds 771,606 Ordinary Shares in treasury. \nTherefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 84,592,137.
