[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1913U\n Headlam Group PLC\n 31 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n 31 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Headlam Group plc\n \n \n ('Headlam' or the 'Company')\n \n \n \n \n \n Exercise of share options and TVR \n \n \n \n \n \n Headlam Group plc (LSE: HEAD), Europe's leading distributor of floorcoverings, announces that, on 30 March 2021, share options granted under the 2015 grant of the Headlam Group Save-As-You-Earn ('SAYE') share option scheme were exercised at the option price of £3.40 per share, by an employee of the Company.\n \n \n A total of 8,823 ordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of the share options. Following this transfer of treasury stock, the Company now holds 519,158 ordinary shares as treasury shares.\n \n The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 85,120,051 with one voting right per share.
