[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8359U Haydale Graphene Industries PLC 27 October 2017 \n\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n27 November 2017\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \nHaydale Graphene Industries plc\n('Haydale' or the 'Company')\n \nResult of General Meeting\nIssue of Equity\nand Total Voting Rights\n \nHaydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. Consequently, following the Company's announcements on 26 October 2017 and 10 October 2017, the Company has issued and allotted 7,731,060 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Fundraising, conditional on Admission (as defined below).\n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 30 October 2017 and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence at that time.
