Authority to subdivide every Ordinary Share of £0.02 each in the capital of the Company into one Ordinary Share of £0.001 each and one Deferred Share of £0.019 pence each\n\n\n379,153,990\n\n\n99.16%\n\n\n3,208,775\n\n\n0.84%\n\n\n301,097\n\n\n\n\n2.
