Copies are now available from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 26. The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 7 December 2023, at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.\n \nDirectorate Change\nGraham Eves has indicated his intention to step down from his position as Non-Executive Director at the AGM, and as such will not be seeking re-election. The board is seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.\n \nCommenting on the Directorate Change, Chair David Banks, said:\n\"I would like to thank Graham for his considerable contribution to Haydale from pre IPO to present day especially the support he has given the Company through leveraging his connections in Industry and with Investors.
