On 12 April 2019, Mr Banks sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at 1.9675 pence per Ordinary Share and, on the same day, Mr Banks' SIPP purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.0 pence each.
