[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5177I Haydale Graphene Industries PLC 20 June 2017 \n\n \n \n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n20 June 2017\n\n\n\n\n \nHaydale Graphene Industries plc\n \n('Haydale', 'Group' or the 'Company')\n \nIssue of Equity and Total Voting Rights\n \nHaydale (AIM:HAYD), the global nanomaterials group, announces the issue of 6,500 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ('New Shares') pursuant to the exercise of employee options at 92.5926 pence per share. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
