Director/PDMR Dealings
Haydale Graphene Industries PLC announced director and PDMR dealings following the acquisition of Intelligent Resource Management Limited and an associated fundraising. Simon Turek, CEO, subscribed for 39,200,000 new ordinary shares at 0.5 pence each and was granted new warrants and options. Mark Sait, Chief Commercial Officer, subscribed for 2,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.5 pence and 49,919,588 ordinary shares at 0.645 pence, also receiving new options. Theresa Wallis, Non-executive Director, subscribed for 2,000,000 ordinary shares at 0.5 pence and was granted new warrants. Gareth Kaminski-Cook, Non-Executive Chairman, was granted new warrants, and Patrick Carter, CFO, was granted new options.
