The Board are confident that his reputation and experience within the energy and building Industries will accelerate and enhance Haydale's commercial activities in these sectors.\n \n \n \n \n \n City Energy Network Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diversity Network Holdings Ltd, which holds 48,634,955 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.2 per cent of the Company's voting rights.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company confirms that copies of its 2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are being posted to shareholders today. Copies are now available from the Company's investor relations website at\n \n \n www.haydale-ir.com\n \n \n in accordance with AIM Rule 26.
