Fremont proposes to extend the expiry date of 5,023,566 share purchase warrants from June 29, 2019, to June 29, 2020, and the remaining 105,000 share purchase warrants from June 30, 2019, to June 30, 2020. All other terms of the share purchase warrants, including the $0.25 exercise price, remain unchanged.
