(the \"Company\" or \"HAWKEYE\") (TSX-V: HAWK; Frankfurt Ticker: HGT; ISIN: CA42016R3027; WKN: A12A61): is pleased to announce it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for a Sale and Purchase Agreement with the vendor of the Bonanza Lake mining claims (the \"Property\") to acquire a 100% interest in three claims totaling 825.75 hectares which are located on the northern end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. The Property is located approximately 110 kilometres northwest of Campbell River and 69 kilometres southeast of Port Hardy and increases the size of the Bonanza Property from 227.04 hectares to 1052.79 hectares.Agreement Details The Property acquisition is subject to a $1,500 cash payment and the issuance of 100,000 shares, plus a further issuance of 250,000 shares should the property advance to a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).
