Each non-flow through unit\nconsisted of one common share of the Company and one transferable\nshare purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share\nexpiring on November 15, 2021. The 3,380,000 warrants extension\nreceived TSX acceptance on November 2, 2021 to have their expiry date\nextended to November 15, 2024.
