The Properties are a series of mineral\ntenures totaling approximately 20,835 hectares and are strategically\nlocated approximately 28 kilometres (“km”) southeast of the Town\nof Barkerville in the prolific Barkerville / Cariboo gold camp in\ncentral British Columbia (“BC”), Canada.\n \n The Properties\n \n lies within the southeasterly-striking Snowshoe Group\nof the Barkerville Terrane which has been a major historical and\nrecent exploration and mining focus.\n \n \n \n \n The geological team was on site for a three-week\nperiod, starting on July 26\n \n \n th\n \n \n , 2022. The program was designed as a\ncontinuation of the 2021 prospecting and mapping campaign, with a\nfocus on the Seller Creek, Cariboo Valley, Swift River, 2 Aces West\nand 2 Aces East properties. These properties are underlain by a series\nof Paleozoic rocks that locally host mineral showings related to\nancient deep-sea volcanism and mineralization, and contain various\ngeological structures that can act as fluid conduits and traps.\nSamples were analyzed in real time using an XRF gun which provides\ngeochemical data that could then be immediately followed up in the\nfield. Some of these samples have also been submitted to SGS Labs in\nBurnaby for full geochemical analysis to acquire additional\ninformation.
