Kitty has a strong capital markets background, with 14 years of finance, banking and real estate lending experience drawn from roles at Harwood, DRC Capital and Barclays Bank PLC. She was also formerly a National Director of the Investment Property Forum.\n \nThere are no additional matters that require disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13R. \n \nJenny Cutler will continue to act as Interim Finance Director until Kitty takes up her new position.\n \nOwen Michaelson, Chief Executive of Harworth Group, said:\n \n\"We are delighted to welcome Kitty to the Board following a rigorous recruitment process.
