Further is a\nsummary of the advancements made on Harvest Gold’s district scale\nland package in 2025.\n\n\nHarvest Gold President and CEO, Rick\nMark, states: “Looking back, it has been a very busy and successful\nyear advancing our three property, district scale land package in the\nQuebec Urban Barry belt. We could not have done it without the ongoing\nsupport of our largest shareholder, Crescat Capital, who now owns\napproximately 19.9% of Harvest Gold, and all the other investors who\nparticipated in our three private placements this year. I also want to\nrecognize Louis Martin, who has led our excellent geological team and\nmanaged the various exploration and drilling programs conducted in\n2025. We are very much looking forward to 2026”.\n\n\nMOSSEAU\n\n\nHarvest Gold completed 21 diamond drill holes totaling 4,692 metres on\nthe Mosseau property. Drilling targeted the northern and central areas\nof the property. Assay results for the northern drill holes have been\nreceived and have either been reported or are currently being\ncompiled. Assay results from the central portion of the property are\npending, with complete results from both areas expected in January.\n\n\nDiamond drilling was carried out by Forage Rouillier Drilling of Amos.\nDrill supervision and core logging were completed by Explo-Logik, and\ndrill core analyses were performed by AGAT Laboratories.\n\n\nAdditional work on Mosseau completed in 2025 included expanded\nmagnetic coverage flown by Novatem over newly staked claims adjoining\nthe Mosseau Property and a second phase of prospecting and a soil\nsampling program by IOS.\n\n\nURBAN BARRY\n\n\nA regional, property-wide reconnaissance till sampling program was\ncompleted by IOS in 2025.
