(“\n \n \n Vior\n \n \n ”) (TSXV: VSR).\n Pursuant to the Agreement, Harvest Gold can earn up to a 100%\ninterest in the Mosseau Gold Project (“\n \n \n Mosseau\n \n \n ” or the\n“\n \n \n Mosseau Gold\n \n \n Project\n \n \n ”), subject\nto TSX Venture Exchange (the “\n \n \n TSXV\n \n \n ”) approval.\n \n \n \n \n Mosseau spans 147 claims totaling 7265.88 hectares\n(72.66 km\n \n \n 2\n \n \n ), which includes a 17.7 km long gold-bearing structure\nrunning through the length of the property. Mosseau\n \n \n adjoins the Urban Barry Greenstone Belt of the Abitibi Region\nof Quebec (Figure 1).\n \n \n Vior is a Montreal based,\nQuebec-focused mineral exploration company and is owned 14.1% by\nOsisko Mining Inc.
