(“\n \n \n EGR\n \n \n ”) to acquire 100% of the Urban Barry\nProperty (“\n \n \n Urban\nBarry\n \n \n ”) in the Ralleau and Wilson townships in\nthe Eeyou Istchee James Bay/Abitibi region of Quebec. The transaction\nis pending TSX Venture Exchange (the “\n \n \n TSXV\n \n \n ”) approval.\n \n \n \n \n The Urban Barry property straddles the southern margin\nof the under-explored Urban Barry Greenstone Belt which is host to\nOsisko/Gold Fields’ Windfall deposit which, today, holds nearly 4\nmillion ounces of gold* (Figure 1).  Urban Barry encompasses an area\nof 6,789 hectares within 122 claims, covering approximately 19\nkilometres of favourable strike in the Urban Barry Greenstone Belt.\nThe property directly adjoins the large land package of the Osisko\nMining Inc./Gold Field’s (50/50 JV) Windfall property, which\nincludes the Windfall Deposit (approximately 43 km to the east)\n(Figure 2)\n \n \n .\n \n \n \n \n Rick Mark, President and CEO of Harvest Gold states:\n“We are pleased to announce our agreement with EGR to earn 100% of a\nsecond gold property in the Abitibi region of Quebec.
