(\"\n \n Vior\n \n \")\n \n (figure 1 and 2)\n \n\n\n\n Rick Mark, President and CEO, stated: “We would like\nto thank the new Vior Exploration Team for its ongoing commitment to\nthe Mosseau project. As our team of geologists reviews the final\nexploration results in the central area of Mosseau we see the\npotential value of these additional claims, immediately.”\n \n\n\n On March 17th, 2025, Vior staked an additional 25 claims, totaling\n1,250.27 ha adjacent to the Mosseau project. This brings the total to\n48 staked claims since Harvest Gold optioned the Mosseau project from\nVior (Figure 1). A previous group of 23 claims were added to the\nMosseau project on January 14\n \n th\n \n , as reported in the Harvest Gold’s press release dated\nFebruary 2, 2025.\n \n\n According to a provision in the Mineral Property Option Agreement\nbetween Harvest Gold and Vior executed on December 18, 2023, if\n“either Party stakes, applies for, and obtains or otherwise\nacquires, directly or indirectly, additional property, such Party\nshall promptly give written notice (the “\n \n Acquisition Notice\n \n ”) to the other\nParty (the “\n \n Other Party\n \n ”)\nof such Acquisition”.\n \n Harvest Gold is pleased to\nannounce that it has accepted these additional mining claims,\nincreasing the size of the Mosseau Project. The newly acquired claims\nexpand the Company’s exploration footprint and provide further\npotential for discovery, particularly along the Kiask River Fault Zone\nto the NW and SE\n \n .\n \n\n The increased size of the Mosseau property now includes 21 km of\nfavourable strike along the Kiask River Deformation Zone.
